Bell International has the total of four schools in the UK. Bell International Cambridge is located in the town centre set in a converted manor house with a good range of facilities. Cambridge is visited by more than 350,000 visitors each year. The school has been teaching English to over 120 nationalities for more than 50 years.
It offers a comfortable studying environment with 30 classrooms, study centre, media centre and restaurant. It is renowned for its quality. Sports facilities include football pitch, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court and table tennis. The classes are kept small so that the experienced teachers can give attention to maximise each student`s progress.
The general English course is available at all levels and concentrates in speaking, listening, writing and reading.
A wide range of courses are available by combining the 15 hours of general English with 6 hours of options including British culture (covering culture, art, history and politics), media (covering news paper, and other terms used in journalism), medical English (for people working in medical fields to help them communicate with specific and specialised medical terms), academic English (for students wishing to study in English at higher education level), examination (choose from KET, PET, FCE, CAE, CPE, IELTS, TOEFL, TOIEC, BEC and BULATS), business (covering organisational structures, management, accounting and finance) and language skill (concentrate in writing, reading, speaking and listening).
With the individual lessons, the lessons can be tailored to suit the student`s needs.
The Cambridge certificate course is taught at all five levels in 10 or 12 intensive weeks. The IELTS preparation course can be taken throughout the year and the minimum duration is 4 weeks.
Various activities are organised which enable students from different classes to meet, communicate and socialise.
